What We Offer

We provide professional, practical support for owners, operators, and crews across a range of maritime needs. Whether you’re planning a passage, preparing for a survey, or looking to build confidence under sail or power, our approach combines experience, preparation, and clear communication on every voyage.

Vessel Deliveries

Whether it’s a coastal repositioning or an extended offshore passage, vessel delivery is treated as a full maritime operation, not a convenience. Every delivery begins with a thorough review of vessel readiness and passage planning, and proceeds with a focus on safety, weather awareness, and clear communication. With more than 50 multi-day passages completed, you can trust that your vessel will arrive prepared for whatever comes next.

Coaching & Evaluations

Practical training isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re looking to build confidence underway, prepare for a specific challenge, or refine skills in navigation, safety, and seamanship, we tailor each session to your goals and learning style. Work can be conducted on your vessel or ours, in the classroom or on the water, and may include structured coaching or independent assessments as appropriate. The objective is to develop a more capable and confident operator who demonstrates sound judgment and consistency, not simply to check a box.

Private Yacht Captain

There are times when having a licensed captain aboard is the right choice, whether to manage a demanding passage or support an owner underway. We provide a quietly professional presence at the helm, adapting to the vessel, crew, and operating style with minimal disruption.

Relief Captain & Mate

Schedules change, and occasionally an experienced hand is needed to bridge the gap. We provide dependable relief support that integrates smoothly with existing crews and operations, maintaining continuity of the watch, established routines, and standards until the primary captain or mate returns.

Sea Trials & Surveys

A well-executed sea trial is a disciplined review of vessel systems and handling, not a cursory check-ride. Drawing on extensive experience we work with your surveyor or technical team to confirm performance and readiness under realistic conditions. This same approach serves equally well for post-overhaul or post-refit shake-down operations.

Maritime Consulting

From voyage planning and risk assessment to operational advice and shore-based support, maritime consulting is about strengthening your decision framework. The best mariners seek input and evaluate scenarios with trusted partners. We offer practical insight rooted in experience, with a focus on risk management and clear communication.

Don’t See What You Need?

If your needs fall outside these categories, we’re still open to discussing them. We draw on our experiences and a broad network of maritime professionals to find the right expertise for your situation. Our priority is professionalism and fit: when a task aligns with our standards, we’ll discuss how to accomplish it; when it does not, we’ll help you find the right resources.
